Should You Switch to a Foam Mattress? The Pros and Cons – Part 3

Should You Switch to a Foam Mattress? The Pros and Cons – Part 3

It is this simple fact, that a memory foam mattress supports your curves and helps distribute your weight evenly, that is the biggest “pro” of all when it comes to the idea of buying a foam mattress. It’s not the only one however. Have you ever noticed how certain areas of your body tend to feel sore or tender, consistently, after sleeping? These are often pressure points from where your body contacts the mattress. When you use memory foam, that pressure is reduced.

The other problem that your matress may be causing is a poor night’s sleep because your spouse is practicing kickboxing on the other side of the bed. This is where foam is absolutely superior. You do not feel the movements on the other side of the bed. This is also something no ordinary matress pad could accomplish for you.
